ORDEM DE SERVIÇO TRT GCR N.º 127/2015

O EXCELENTÍSSIMO SENHOR DESEMBARGADOR PEDRO PAULO PEREIRA NÓBREGA, NO EXERCÍCIO DA CORREGEDORIA DO TRIBUNAL REGIONAL DO TRABALHO DA SEXTA REGIÃO, no uso de suas atribuições legais e regimentais, considerando o previsto nos ATOS TRT GP n.º 425/2013 e 105/2015,

R E S O L V E:

CONCEDER ao Exmo. Juiz do Trabalho Substituto deste TRT da Sexta Região SÉRGIO PAULO DE ANDRADE LIMA , designado para exercer funções jurisdicionais na 2ª Vara do Trabalho de Caruaru-PE, 02 (duas) meias diárias, para os dias 29 e 30/04/15 (sem pernoites) , com fundamento no art. 2°, inciso II, alínea “a” do ATO TRT-GP n° 425/2013 , conforme solicitação do magistrado, atendendo à designação objeto da Portaria TRT-GCR n. o 074/2015.

O magistrado informa que utilizará automóvel particular nos deslocamentos intermunicipais.

Dê-se ciência e cumpra-se.
