ORDEM DE SERVIÇO TRT GCR N.º 090/2015

O EXCELENTÍSSIMO SENHOR DESEMBARGADOR CORREGEDOR REGIONAL DO TRT DA SEXTA REGIÃO, no uso de suas atribuições legais e regimentais, considerando o previsto nos ATOS TRT GP n.º 425/2013 e 105/2015,

R E S O L V E:

CONCEDER ao Exmo. Juiz do Trabalho Substituto deste TRT da Sexta Região JOÃO CARLOS DE ANDRADE E SILVA , designado para exercer funções jurisdicionais na 1ª Vara do Trabalho de Palmares-PE, 01 (uma) meia diária, para o dia 24/03/15 (sem pernoite) , com fundamento no art. 2°, inciso II, alínea “a” do ATO TRT-GP n° 425/2013 , conforme solicitação do magistrado, atendendo à designação objeto da Portaria TRT-GCR n. o 43/2015.

O magistrado informa que utilizará automóvel particular no deslocamento intermunicipal.

Dê-se ciência e cumpra-se.
